Order Processing

If you choose to pay cash on delivery, order processing starts immediately after placement. If you use an online payment method (PayPal or PayU), order processing starts after your EXTRUDƎD account is credited with 100% of the order amount via PayPal or PayU. This marks the start of the delivery timeframe.

Delivery Times

Once you receive an email confirmation of your order, we will hand it over to the courier, who will deliver it to you within an estimated 5–30 working days from the order confirmation or from when your EXTRUDƎD account is fully credited for online payments.

Special Periods

Delivery times may be longer during clearance periods or special campaigns. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Notification

When we hand your order over to the courier, you will receive an email or SMS notification at the contact details you provided. If, for any reason, the previously stated delivery time cannot be met, you will be contacted by email and informed of the new delivery timeframe.

Courier Contact and Receiving Conditions

For delivery, you will be contacted in advance by the courier, to whom you agree to provide your contact details for this purpose. When receiving your order, you must present a valid ID and sign the waybill/receipt.

Delivery Failure

If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to EXTRUDƎD. Any costs and consequences of the return will be borne by you.

Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out by the courier chosen at EXTRUDƎD’s sole discretion.

Delivery Costs

The delivery fees are those specified in the special section at the time of finalizing and placing the order, as confirmed later via the confirmation email. By finalizing and placing the order, you agree to pay these fees along with the product prices. The delivery fee applies to each individual package.

Withdrawal of Products from Sale

EXTRUDƎD reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In such cases, EXTRUDƎD’s only obligation to you is the full refund of the amounts paid for the items that can no longer be supplied or have been withdrawn from sale.
